After you and your clinician have discussed and agreed upon your treatment plan, including the associated cost, the application process for dental financing is straightforward. We will collect some basic information from you and then send you the application electronically for your convenience.

Approval is subject to a credit check, age, status and affordability. Minimum spend applies.
